Farewell to Vietnamese Dominican Sisters

The Holyrood St community, Melbourne held an Aussie barbeque to farewell two Vietnamese Dominican Sisters who have spent twelve months studying English in Australia.

 

The Sisters from the Tam Hiep Congregation in Vietnam will return to their own congregation in January. They attended the English School for Pastoral Ministry [ELSPM] Union, a Ministry of the Passionist Congregation. The year-long course operated out of the Yarra Theological Union premises in Box Hill.

The sisters expressed appreciation for the support of the local Dominican community during their time in Melbourne.
