Veritas Dinner

30 August 2018 | General Interest

There was much energy and enthusiasm at the recent Veritas Dinner in Melbourne when guests responded to the challenge to engage with the Plenary Council process.

The Plenary Council to be held in 2020 invites all Australians to engage in an open and inclusive process of listening, dialogue and discernment about the future of the Catholic Church in Australia.

The Veritas dinner was a perfect forum for members of the wider Dominican Family to speak boldly and with passion to what God is asking of us at this time. Participants included Dominican sisters, friars, parishioners, Siena College staff, alumni, past and present Board members and ranged in age from 35 to 91 years.
